We understand this is a very scary time for everyone, espesialy pet owners. Covid-19 is still very new and not very well documented. There have been confirmed cases in animals as well as humans. It is currently belivied that Covid-19 does not pose a significat risk to an animals welfare and there is currently no confirmed cases of cross-trasmition between human and animal.

We can test animals for covid-19 and we do retinuly send bloodwork to be tested in some cases.

We are committed to ensuring the wellbeing of your pets and livestock and the safety of our clients and staff. So we have implemented the following measures to ensure the safety and welfare for all.

• Patients are asked to book appointments and not drop in to the clinic.
• On arrival please call us and we will call you back to let you know if a waiting room is available or when the veterinarian is ready to see you.
• Please wear a mask while inside the premises and keep at least 2 meters apart from staff and other clients.
• Please try to keep your pet in a carrier or on a lead and don’t let them interact with others.
• Do not pet other clients animals
• Hand sanitizer is provided at the reception desk
• Please stand behind lines on the floor were indicated

We review government guidance daily and update our policies accordingly. We understand this can be frustrating and we will try to ensure these measures do not impact you and your animals welfare too greatly.

We are also now offering medicated dietary produce and supplements in our online store which you can then collect without needing to use cash or card payment in the practice. This is to reduce the chances of spreading the virus.
